Sarah E. Kuzma, FNP-C

Sarah Kuzma has worked at Columbus Regional Hospital in the ER for 6 years prior to coming to Summit Urology. Prior to working at CRH she worked at various ERs in Pennsylvania and Virginia. Sarah has been a nurse for 21 years and a NP for 6 years.

Sarah attended school at St. Elizabeths Hospital School of Nursing. University of Pittsburgh where she earned her –BSN. Sarah continued her studies at Old Dominion University where she earned her –MSN FNP-C. Her certificates include AANP and CEN,She is a member of the following organizations CAPNI and AANP.

Aside from her medical experience, Sarah likes to participate in sprint triathlons and enjoys reading. Sarah has three children and two dogs Duke and Daisy.
