About Kimberly Powers FNP-C
Kimberly was born and raised in Greene County. She attended Vincennes University, where she earned her Associates and Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She worked for several years at a rural critical access hospital as a nurse before expanding her education and earning a Masters of Science in Nurse from Indiana State University with a specialty focus in Urology and Wound Care.
After earning her Masters of Science in Nursing, Kimberly spent 2 years providing travel wound care to an underserved population. She has now returned to the Bloomington area where she can focus more on her passion, providing high quality urologic care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Indiana, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and Golden Key International Honor Society.
Kimberly is a wife and a mother of 4 beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and traveling. She is passionate about spending quality time with her daughters to intentionally provide discipleship. She and her husband are member of Linton First Christian Church.
Kimberly prides herself in providing high quality urologic care through empowering her patients with education about their health and treatment options. She wants the people of Monroe and surrounding counties to know they can get specialized individual care here at Summit Urology.
